This Privacy Policy explains how DriftWorks Studios ("ManinaLabs", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit jarvis.driftworksstudios.com (the "Site") and purchase our digital products. We are the data controller for the information described here. If you have questions, contact us at support@driftworksstudios.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Email address — when you join the early-access list, request a sign-in code, or purchase a product.
  • Name — if you choose to provide it (optional) on the early-access form or at checkout.
  • Purchase records — the product you bought, the amount, currency, order ID, and status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details (see "Payments").
  • Custom Implementation enquiries — if you submit the consultation form, the details you include (name, business, contact, and your message) are sent to us by email.
  • Basic technical data — standard server/CDN logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated when you load the Site.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the products you purchased and provide secure account access to your downloads.
  • To send transactional emails — sign-in codes, receipts, and download/access links.
  • To respond to support requests and consultation enquiries.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • With your consent, to send occasional product updates — you can opt out at any time.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Service providers

We share information only with the providers we use to run the Site and fulfill your order:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, authentication, database, file storage, and email delivery (servers located in the United States).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Calendly — scheduling, only if you book a Founder coaching call.
  • YouTube — demo videos are embedded on the Site (using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode); interacting with them is subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (aggregate visit counts, pages, and referrers; no cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & local storage

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and only collects aggregate, non-identifying data. We store a small amount of data in your browser (local/session storage) to remember your email for checkout and to keep you signed in to your account. Embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies if you interact with them.

6. Data retention

We keep your email and purchase records for as long as needed to provide ongoing access to your purchases, meet legal and accounting obligations, and support your account. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights").

7. Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures: encrypted storage, authenticated sign-in, and time-limited, private download links issued only to the account that owns a purchase.

8. Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential email, by contacting support@driftworksstudios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable requests.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
