Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the products and services offered by DriftWorks Studios ("ManinaLabs", "we", "us") through jarvis.driftworksstudios.com (the "Site"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use them. Questions: support@driftworksstudios.com.
1. What you are buying
We sell educational resources, templates, source code, assets, frameworks, and guidance that help you build your own J.A.R.V.I.S.-style AI assistant, plus optional one-on-one coaching. You are not buying a finished, turnkey, or ready-to-run AI assistant. Building your own assistant requires your own effort, configuration, and customization, and outcomes depend on you.
2. License and permitted use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials you bought to build and operate your own personal AI assistant. You may use, modify, and adapt the materials for your own projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or make the materials (in whole or in part) available to any third party;
- Post the templates, code, or assets publicly or in any shared or public repository;
- Represent the materials, or a product built directly from them, as your own original product for resale.
All materials remain the intellectual property of DriftWorks Studios / ManinaLabs.
3. Your responsibilities and third-party services
Our products require third-party accounts and services that you obtain and pay for yourself — for example an AI provider/API (such as Anthropic or OpenAI), any required subscriptions, and adequate computer hardware. Their availability, terms, and costs are your responsibility and are not included in your purchase.
4. Coaching (Founder)
Founder Coaching includes the Creator Kit plus a limited number of scheduled one-on-one sessions. Sessions are scheduled by appointment, subject to availability, and intended to be used within a reasonable time after purchase.
5. No warranty
The products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific result, performance, income, or that you will successfully build a working assistant. You are responsible for how you use the materials.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriftWorks Studios / ManinaLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
7. Refund policy
Our products are digital goods and downloadable materials delivered immediately, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a general rule.
If you run into a technical problem or defect, please contact support@driftworksstudios.com first — we actively fix issues and ship updates, and we want to make the product work for you.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in limited cases such as: a defect we are unable to resolve, a duplicate or accidental charge, or non-delivery of a product you paid for. For Founder Coaching, unused, unscheduled sessions may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion if requested before any session has taken place.
EU/UK customers: by purchasing and accessing or downloading the materials immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once access/download has begun.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
